Data Analysist

ROLE:
Trade Marketing Analyst / Category Marketing Analyst to carry out in depth data analysis, interrogation and development of insights.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Convert research data into actionable insights and reports by relevant account / category to grow distribution, ROS and identify other sales and marketing opportunities.
b) Provide category insight expertise with relevant retailers providing ongoing support with range reviews and changes to maximise listings and rate of sale.
c) Support the delivery of leading category management solutions and, insightful and impactful in-store environment work to ensure that our brands are delivering the greatest ROI.
d) Identify category and customer data requirements. Manage process to bring accurate and timely information into the business. 
e) Support Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing Manager in the production of sales and marketing strategies in order to maximise opportunities for success.
f) Be responsible for analysing and evaluating the promotional investment (ongoing price and promotional strategy), co-ordinating funding and ensuring return on investment is maximized and maintained in the promotional evaluation database.
g) To act as the contact between the organisation and the nominated information providers.
h) Monitor category and brand KPIs and communicate to business.
i) Assess category to identify opportunities and threats and develop tactics to exploit.
j) Work with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Business Account Manager cross-functionally to implement POP Vision with target customers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience of using reporting software and systems i.e. Nielsen Answers and TNS (Kantar)
b) Previous experience of creating strategic reports / retailer overviews for analysis
c) Proven experience of continuous data research
d) Enthusiastic team player with an assertive and confident approach
e) Excellent numerical and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
f) High level interpersonal and communication skills
g) Results-orientated and able to work to tight deadlines
h) Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Excellent knowledge of Nielsen / IRI / TNS / Dunhumby software and reporting systems would be a bonus

Information Contracts Consultant

The Contracts Consultant will provide professional expertise and coordinate the business content, quality and functionality requirements of our clients applications. Applications Specialist

Applications Implementation Specialists are required to join this global private company involved in developing and marketing web based health information systems. The ideal candidate will have experience of implementing Laboratory products.

Your remit will revolve around liaising with nurses and doctors, implementing and identifying issues to communicate back to the technical project / management teams.

A clinical or general healthcare background will be required in addition to an understanding of applications currently running on healthcare platforms. You will need both technical and functional experience to identify changes, roadblocks and issues, develop scenarios including testing and making recommendations to technical teams.

EMEA MARKETING MANAGER

Position Description:

EMEA Marketing Manager.

This role will have responsibility for finding and analysing the market intelligence for the EMEA region (by geo, vertical and industry segment). 
The role will work directly with the EMEA marketing and sales leadership team on integrating this market analysis into the regional interlock plans. 
The individual will work directly with the corporate marketing team on alligning vertical segments and overall solutions for the EMEA market place. 

Qualifications:

Individual will have a deep understanding of the EMEA IP market place including market intelligence, data analytics, and the competitive marketplace. This will include the Ethernet product solution set. 
The role will work directly with the EMEA management team on understanding market opportunities, refining solutions for the EMEA market place (positioning), and proviving a recommendation on a business strategy to support the region.
