The Role:

Improve CQC standard from a low to a high rating
Commissioning new staff
Improving occupancy levels
50% clinical role
Responsible to the proprietors for the day-to-day running of the care home, including management of all staff
Ensuring and maintaining the highest possible standards of treatment, care and support
You will lead, motivate and manage the multi-profession team
Responsible for the implementation of clinical governance


The Candidate:

Ideally 5 years home manager experience
Experienced deputy managers will be considered
RGN qualification with elderly and dementia nursing home experience
Excellent managerial and clinical skills
RMA qualification ideal but not essential
Good communication skills with a caring and professional approach to your work. Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards

Systems Integration Oracle Technical Architect

Job Description

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

Oracle Technical Architect professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising process and functional design activities
  • Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
  • Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
  • Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
  • Driving test planning and execution
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in the design and implementation of development, execution, and operations architectures solutions, including (but not limited to): reporting, interface, batch scheduling, monitoring, output management, etc.
  • 2 years experience in Performance tuning, including Oracle server tuning and application tuning
  • 2 years knowledge and experience of Oracle Developer Tools including: JDeveloper, Designer, and Forms Developer
  • 2 years experience of Oracle 11i Applications, and Oracle 9i Database
  • 2 years experience with SQL and PL/SQL
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday)

Preferred Skills:

  • 2 years experience in software configuration management, including change control and migration control
  • 1 years experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 10g and Database 10g
  • 2 years knowledge and experience of Unix, Linux, and Java/J2EE

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
