Manage and work closely with CAD designers and CAD engineers for drawing and documentation support. Relocation assistance available.Design of one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, schematics, wire pulling calculations, voltagedrop calculations, and BOM Designing instrument loop diagrams, instrument plans, installation details, relay cabinets,terminal box layouts, control panel layouts, P&IDs, and PLC and or DCS systems Manage test equipment requirements and selection.Performing walk downs, field checks, and drafting as-builts at sites of existing equipment.Create I/O list and instrument specs Working with electrical drafters in completion of the required drawings Previous experience with electrical controls and I&C design is needed (ie - generators, switchgear, MCC, or similar equipment)Must have experience with design of wiring, schematics, PLC's, and or DCS Experience preferred in the Power Industry but could be in any of the following industries: Oil & Gas production facilities, pipelines, refineries, offshore production platforms, food processing, and or manufacturing plants Understanding to read and approve data sheets, vendor drawings, design calculations.Proficient with MS Office.
