We are seeking a Warehouse Associate that has the passion to provide the best customer service possible.

Responsible for receiving, unloading and organizing inventory in the warehouse and/or yard.  Also responsible for customer service:  pick-ups, staging orders and loading delivery vehicles, as well as taking care of any warehouse, yard and branch maintenance.  Warehouse associates must have the ability to operate equipment including ABC non-CDL vehicles, forklifts and conveyors; remain safety compliant regulations

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Science, Construction/Project Management or other related field.Experience managing large munitions response and environmental remediation action projects and programs for the Department of Defense, with emphasis on OCONUS projects. Experience with DoD contract management, remediation, construction, and management of operations/maintenance contracts. Must have a proven background in overseas military contracts as either a Military or Contract personnel. Must have an understanding of the intricacies of contracting and management of operations and personnel in hazardous and remote locations supporting the US Military mission. Must be able to generate technical proposals and strategies for MMRP and HTRW contracts. Requires ability to interface and manage both national and International subcontractors and vendors. Must be willing to travel. Must be capable of traveling. Requires ability to develop, analyze and present contract cost proposals showing risk, risk mitigation, strategy and statement of work compliance.

Responsibilities:1) Management, oversight, business development, strategy development and associated management tasks with the oversight of OCONUS task orders under the Huntsville WERS Program.2) Perform program level reviews of all projects to ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.3) Develop and implement capture strategies to increase market share, and other Department of Defense Customers.4) Assist with other URS efforts such as WERC, ERS, LOGCAP, HERC, and BRAC.5) Manager and Supervisor for URS project staff assigned to WERS Task Orders world-wide.6) Travel 50%

Management Trainee Human Resources – Staffing is responsible for: 1) Assisting staffing partners in managing pre-employment qualification process for new hire candidates; and 2) Communicating effectively with candidates and with HR leaders regarding candidate status during pre-employment qualification process. Specific responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: 1. Extend conditional job offers to new hire candidates. 2. Assist staffing partners in managing pre-employment background reviews and medical qualification processes. 3. Utilize vendor web tools to review candidate reports and update candidate status in applicant tracking system. 4. Field incoming applicant inquiries regarding employment opportunities 5. Communicate effectively with new hire candidates concerning required additional information and status during pre-employment process. 6. Report timely details regarding new hire candidate statuses to hiring managers, training coordinators and HR leaders. 7. Partner with HR leaders to provide assistance in the following: employment selection processes; career and recruiting events; military recruiting events; screening candidates. 8. Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word, as well as various web-based tools to create and prepare reports and presentations. 9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned in role. 10. Gain exposure and basic knowledge of “all things HR” to include benefits, compensation, EEO and employee relations, training, performance management, staffing and recruiting. WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily an office environment. 

Proficient in advanced functions of the full Microsoft Office Suite
Applicant should have a GPA of 3.0 or above and be able to provide transcript at interview.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with a variety of people and management at all levels.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to relocate to field locations
Exposure to administrative protocols and confidentiality controls is essential. 

Prefer candidates with 3.5 GPA or above
Prefer candidates with HR internship experience.
