This position requires a friendly, outgoing and well organized person. Some responsibilities include, welcoming visitors, answering telephones, filing, scheduling clients for appointments and correspondence by phone and e-mail. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining operations by following policy and procedures and reporting changes as needed. You must be able to handle difficult and stressful situations with a sense of urgency and calmness.Must have 1+ year prior experience in a physician's office, hospital, or surgery center. Skills needed include: Appointment setting, ability to answer multi-line phones, and intermediate level Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
