Opening for an Oracle Technical Expert to work as part of our growing  development team.  Our Technical Experts work closely with internal customers to help establish business requirements and solve business issues.  Candidates for this position will need to be able to code, test and debug programs and assist in the development of major system modules.  This position also works on complex subroutines, creates complex processes and develops technical skills across multiple disciplines. Candidates must have prior experience leading the team of developers as well as projects. Candidates must have strong mentoring experience.

Required Skills:
5 Years in a technical LEAD role in information technology
8  years of experience working with Oracle
Java development experience is desirable
Knowledge of JDA Manugistics is a plus
5 years experience designing and developing large scale international systems
Experience operating in an environment that leverages continuous integration (Automated build/deployment) process
Unix/Linux (Scripting/Development)
Must have experience in writing formal technical documentations such as design documents, specs, data flow diagrams and support diagrams.
Strong written and oral communication skills

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field is desired. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

The team is looking for an IT Group Manager to become the IT Billing Platform Owner (PO) to oversee all IT efforts in the Billing platform and the QAS/Fusion system. The GM will be a member of the CRM IT DRG, will represent CRM, IT and Company needs, and will help the business drive toward distinctive service and competitive prices. Field Support Professional, IT System Technician

Our Field Support System Technicians are expected to provide a high level of customer service and support while ensuring quality service delivery through the following activities

·         Providing Level 2 onsite software and hardware support including hardware break/fix

·         Configuring, assembling, and installing desktop workstations and peripherals

·         Providing IMAC (install, move, add, change) services

·         Managing workflow and priority of tasks

·         Mentoring junior team members and provide the highest level of customer service

·         Providing support to executive clients while ensuring quality service delivery

·         Providing media management support

·         Ensuring adherence to asset management procedures

·         Ensuring timely resolution in order to meet Service Level Agreements
To succeed in this role you will need extensive relevant experience in a desktop support environment with a demonstrated level of quality customer service focus including executive support. It is necessary to work independently, multi-task under pressure, apply good verbal and written communication skills, and impart your knowledge to more junior team members. Lifting of IT desktop equipment and peripherals will be required.

You will be responsible for general administration duties within a small friendly team.

Responsibilities include:

Ordering products form suppliers

Updating records in our management system

Invoicing and collections

Payroll

General office administration

To be successful in this role you will have a positive and friendly attitude. You will have at least intermediate computer skills in MYOB or similar, MS Excel and Word.

Experience in IT products/suppliers is advantageous, but not essential.
