Partner with business leaders to develop and
improve technology enabled solutions that align with business priorities to
enable achievement of critical business objectives. Drive development of
end-to-end solutions that enable seamless acquisition and retention of target
customers.
Responsibilities:
Owner of key business platforms including
marketing, CRM, partner portal and billing
Partner with key business leaders to design
total business solution that meet business and customer needs. This includes
business process design, information and reporting requirements and technology
enablement.
Manage and improve performance of our marketing,
CRM, partner portal and billing systems and processes in collaboration with the
business leaders, software and consulting vendors, and engineering developer
teams.
Develop information and reporting requirements
(e.g. key performance indicators, dashboards) as well as the supporting
processes to enable marketing, sales, solution providers, finance and executive
team to proactively manage the business.
Drive development and execution of business
roadmap. This includes defining and managing a project from concept through
implementation across functional and technical teams to maximize adoption rates
and ROI.
Strong collaboration and partnership with
engineering developers to align priorities and resource allocation to optimize
business delivery.
Ability to lead one or more scrum teams in agile
software development model
Hire, coach and develop a team to deliver
value-added reporting and business analytics in timely and predictable manner.
Requirements:
Success designing and implementing
technology-enabled business solutions across team and team leadership roles
(e.g. technical lead, functional lead, work stream lead, project manager).
Experience leading definition of systems
strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing,
training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business
solutions under multiple deadlines
Demonstrated success leading large teams and
collaborating effectively to manage stakeholder expectations and maximize
solution adoption
8-10
years management consulting (or equivalent) with CRM based solution
design and implementation. Marketing and billing experience considered a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with Agile design and six sigma or
lean methodologies
Bachelors degree required
MBA and/or masters degree in related field
preferred
