Management Trainee Human Resources Staffing is responsible for: 1)Assisting staffing partners in managing pre-employment qualification process for new hire candidates; and 2) Communicating effectively with candidates and with HR leaders regarding candidate status during pre-employment qualification process. Specific responsibilities include,but will not be limited to: 1. Extend conditional job offers to new hire candidates. 2. Assist staffing partners in managing pre-employment background reviews and medical qualification processes. 3. Utilize vendor web tools to review candidate reports and update candidate status in applicant tracking system. 4. Field incoming applicant inquiries regarding employment opportunities 5. Communicate effectively with new hire candidates concerning required additional information and status during pre-employment process.
