Technology System Integration TMT

You are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
- Client Management:  Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business  solutions for large companies.  Responsibilities
include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
- People Development:  Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
Managers in the TMT SI practice are required to have:
- 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing large technology engagements
- Minimum of 4 full system development life cycle
implementations
- At least 4 years of experience with business process analysis, mapping, and design
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements analysis and performing current state system analysis
- At least 4 years of experience with application architecture and solution development with JEE(J2EE) or .NET
- Minimum of 4 years experience performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object oriented analysis and design techniques
- 3 + years of experience with Billing and operations support systems (OSS) transformation
- 3 + years of Wireless Solution Architecture and Planning
- 3+ years of experience in Management of Mobile Application SDLC
- A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
In addition, successful Managers will have the following preferred background:
- Leading Testing efforts, including all phases: System, Integration, and Performance Testing and ensuring traceability
- Exposure to
enterprise applications such as Siebel, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle
- Experience with Middleware and/or SOA base implementations
- Leading teams through IT Strategy initiatives
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills and storyboarding skills including presentation development. (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Financial & Risk Management: Demonstrate an understanding of client and firm financials and the impact that staffing and schedule have on key performance metrics.  In addition, demonstrate an ability to identify and manage risk on large, complex programs, including risk to the firm.

Web Systems Internationalization

Exp: 0 to 5 Years

The candidate will be responsible for evaluating the current design, identify the areas that need redesign and refactoring, develop the internationalization design, coding guidelines, and testing processes.

The candidate will also be responsible for the integration design of the web systems with the international partner system.

The responsibilities include:

Member of the Web Development team, reporting to the Director of Web Development and Systems.
Designs enterprise quality solutions, simple, efficient, in a timely fashion.
Designs and prototype the internationalization, localization, customization and integration of partner solutions.
Define the design, coding and testing guidelines.
Lead and manage a team focused on delivering the custom solutions.
Help build the engineering and QA team.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written skill set
Proven experience in delivering internationalization and localization software.
Proven experience in implementing Web-based applications.
Proven experience in implementing Java/J2EE components, servlets, POJOs, DAOs, Spring components.
Experience with high-availability, scalable, and secure architecture.
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, REST, SOAP, SOA.
SQL Databases, LDAP, Hibernate.
Familiar with Web portals, e-commerce, social network solutions.

Desired skills:

Authentication, Single Sign On, SAML.
Working experience with builds, Linux Redhat, network, DNS.
Web server administration, logging, reporting, benchmarking, test automation,

Summary

Firmware Engineer

About the Job



Looking for an experienced firmware engineer to develop embedded application software for the next generation, The candidate should be well versed in developing  and debugging firmware for custom ASIC’s. In addition, the candidate should have some background in the image processing, image compression and H264 or MPEG2 compression standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop embedded system solutions for a growing video encoder market.
·         Review chip specification and work with customers on their specific requirements.
·         Develop new C code as well as maintain existing code base on current encoding platform.
  • Verify software functionality both in your own test environment as well as in conjunction with the rest of the project team and external system test engineers.
  • Coordinate and implement improvements in software development methodology.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • College degree in EE, CS, or Mathematics or equivalent.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience developing software for embedded applications.
  • Experienced in implementing and debugging DSP applications on a variety of embedded platforms.
  • Consistent demonstration of strong firmware development practices.
