Technology System Integration TMT

You are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
- Client Management:  Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business  solutions for large companies.  Responsibilities
include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
- People Development:  Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
Managers in the TMT SI practice are required to have:
- 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing large technology engagements
- Minimum of 4 full system development life cycle
implementations
- At least 4 years of experience with business process analysis, mapping, and design
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirements analysis and performing current state system analysis
- At least 4 years of experience with application architecture and solution development with JEE(J2EE) or .NET
- Minimum of 4 years experience performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object oriented analysis and design techniques
- 3 + years of experience with Billing and operations support systems (OSS) transformation
- 3 + years of Wireless Solution Architecture and Planning
- 3+ years of experience in Management of Mobile Application SDLC
- A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
In addition, successful Managers will have the following preferred background:
- Leading Testing efforts, including all phases: System, Integration, and Performance Testing and ensuring traceability
- Exposure to
enterprise applications such as Siebel, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle
- Experience with Middleware and/or SOA base implementations
- Leading teams through IT Strategy initiatives
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills and storyboarding skills including presentation development. (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Financial & Risk Management: Demonstrate an understanding of client and firm financials and the impact that staffing and schedule have on key performance metrics.  In addition, demonstrate an ability to identify and manage risk on large, complex programs, including risk to the firm.
