Business Unit – Retail Assets.

The Bank has traditionally focused on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise business, partnering in their growth through decades. The Business Banking segment serves the needs of business enterprises for both domestic and export credit requirements. Apart from regular working capital facilities, the Bank also offers structured products to cater to the needs of clients.

Job Purpose:

Reach Business goals through qualitative business, convert leads to business opportunities, negotiating terms to meet client requirements within the broad policy norms of the Bank and be the interface between the bank and the client   for the ARB segment.

Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-

1. Reach the Targets set for Business and Contribution.
Sourcing, converting leads to Business, negotiation and Monitoring growth
He / She should have thorough knowledge on the preparation of Credit proposals, Credit administration, Credit risk, Credit Monitoring – Specifically ARB Advances Portfolio.
Credit Marketing and achieving given target.
Putting up of proposals collecting all the requisite details to the appropriate sanctioning authority.
Obtaining proper documents and presenting the same to appropriate authorities (CAPU) for clearance and disbursal of the loan / advances.
Adhering to all the sanction terms & conditions, and closely monitoring the account.
Obtaining of data from the customers, as per the sanction terms and putting up the same to the appropriate authorities with their comments.
Attending to RBA and other Inspections, Audit, RBI audits, and attending all their queries.
Monthly reporting the data to ARB Department: ROCO.
Claiming subsidy and maintaining registers wherever applicable.
Participation in BLBC / DCC meetings
Maintaining Healthy portfolio
Monitoring, periodical reviews/renewals of existing limits, Unit visits, discuss with clients for suggesting corrective measures etc., for mutual benefit.
Periodical inspection of securities / Unit Inspection, and reporting of the same to the higher ups with observations if any.
2. Cross selling
Provide leads; suggest suitable products to ARB clients to improve contribution and client base. I.e. Marketing of other services of IVBL & subsidiary services of IVBL/IVL

3.  Reduction of NPA
Recovery, Monitoring, compromise through negotiations (or) resort to legal recourse.
4.  Reach PSA, Agri and Weaker Section Goals
Identify specific segments/activities to finance, which qualify for PSA, Agri and Weaker sections.
5.  Data integrity.
Ensure data integrity and proper tagging of ARB assets.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate in Agricultural sciences is preferred.Preferably in Agricultural Sciences like Agri, Horti, Seri, Dairy, Veterinary sciences etc
Preferably BE / B.Tech/ BCA
Relevant Experience.
0-2 years at the branch level -front end.
