Responsibilities:
General ledger closing.Intercompany accounting activity.Account reconciliations, tax and incentive calculations, cost accounting and factory data reporting.Managing operations finance requirements and reporting; financial forecasts and annual plans;Creating reporting and presentation models for recurring use.Serving as a financial system super-user.
Provides data and support to the VP Finance and Specialist, FP&A.Analyze existing systems and processes and propose and implement process improvements.Serves as the go-to Finance contact for local ALC management for day to day issues and concerns.A CPA/CMA designation and familiarity with corporate accounting is strongly preferred. An MBA would be considered a plus.The qualified candidate must possess a positive attitude and professional image with impeccable business ethics. In addition, excellent communication and organizational skills are required. This individual must be capable of developing a high degree of respect from a wide range of individuals.
