Job Summary:
Responsible for contributing to the development of the strategic direction and annual business plans.
Accountable Governing, managing and delivery of Reports across the Operational, Tactical & Strategic Levels.
Manage report validation, change management and process improvement pertaining to reporting creation
Prioritize and manage development of reporting solutions & analytical results based on existing requirements, models and delivery methods
Create, manage process for the submission, evaluation and execution of system configuration changes, including documentation & tracking of requests
Recommend new or modified reporting methods and procedures to enhance content and reporting output for internal clients
Manage analytic requirements and results to validate impact upon business process, training, people and technology
Identify procedural gaps and work in conjunction with process improvement teams to improve existing processes
Build and maintain constructive relationships with various departmental teams enabling positive change
Develop, mentor and evaluate team members to broaden skill sets
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Programming or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Access, SAS (Salesforce, RightNow, Echopass), SQL, Business Objects
Ability to analyze, define and specify customer requirements
Ability to manage a wide range of cross-functional activities while meeting time sensitive and variable deadlines
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skill
Knowledge of industry best practices associated with reporting
In-depth understanding of advanced analytics and predictive modeling
Proven ability to leverage cross-functional relationships to accomplish duties in aggressive timeframes

Physical Security Systems Coordinator
Reporting to the Manager of Security Investigations, the Physical Security Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the Physical Security program. Assess physical security needs by conducting threat analysis, and security surveys. Collaborate with end users, project managers and vendors and evaluate the physical security products that keep our patients safe every single day.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree. ASIS – Physical Security Professional Certification preferred. 1 - 3 years of experience working with security systems required. Ideal candidates will have experience designing security systems and evaluating proposals that are made. As required, assist in the investigative process to review security data; IE. CCTV, Card Access and Audio.
