Position Description
Job Responsibilities:

- Drives Basic Hygiene on the operations floor and build culture for the same
- Driving Cost Reduction Agenda in the Processes with Automation Opportunities, Productivity Enhancement Opportunities and Cross utilization of resources
- Assist the New Hires & Tenured Staff to meet the Productivity and Quality goals.
- Manage team and ensure quality and productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Motivate and engages team members and maintains attrition within thresholds
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance and focus on their career pathing and advancement within the organization
- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
- Build systems to ensure no escalations  and is prompt in responding to escalations
- Provide inputs to Leadership on process gaps that exist
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
- Be sensitive and aware of the Organizational priorities towards Change & Innovation and Cost Optimization
- Works independently with minimal direction and is very high on execution and adherence to timelines
- Takes initiative to understand the process and keeps himself updated on the important changes in the business and the Healthcare industry
- Builds strong relationship with onshore counterparts and support functions and utilizes the relationship to maximize the results for OGS
- Handles the MIS and reporting needs with accuracy and timeliness
- Is eager to take on more responsibilities and should be able to execute the adhoc tasks


Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.
Eligibility Criteria:

- 5+ years of experience in the operational role with at least 2 years in TL/AM experience(preferably Claims Processing background)
- Should be comfortable working in Gurgaon and noida location.
- Team size – 25 plus
- Shift timing – 5.45PM/8.45PM
- People management experience & strong orientation towards customer service
- Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency MS Office with knowledge of advanced excel and PowerPoint

Provides ongoing client support in the INVESCO Global Service Desk by ensuring that appropriate schedules are maintained and met, all processes are documented and current, measures are in place to detect work process failures, and appropriate quality assurance measures are in place.
                                
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
General knowledge of industry standards monitoring tools.
Keep abreast of current developments and trends in information technology through networking, continuing education and industry/technology publications.
Implement programs and systems required in support of assigned tasks.
Assist in the implementation and training of team members as necessary.
Represents the IT Service Desk team at meetings and/or planning sessions.
Prepares minutes as requested.
Provide administrative support for department Senior Managers.

Qualifications

Formal Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Systems is preferred.

WORK:

A minimum of three years of helpdesk experience in an IT environment is required.

Skills:  

Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required.  Must posses a solid understanding of systems operation and be able to use computer terminals and peripheral equipment.  Must have exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving systems problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.  Must have the ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrates on detailed information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.  The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical.

- Assist system administrators in attaching new systems to the network and ensuring that proper network configurations are implemented.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network errors and performance problems

- Participate in an on call rotation support system
- Configure and Implement Cloud hosted application networks.
- Occasionally install and maintain systems during evening and weekend hours
Performs other duties as assigned


- Bachelor's Degree or 3-7 years of working experience
- IPsec VPNs Experience with Cisco technology
- Firewall administration experience with CheckPoint and ASA
- AWS routing tables, ACL’s, VPC design, EC2 & S3 deployments
- Knowledge of building AWS networks for multi-tenant arechitectures
- SSL VPN experience with Juniper SA devices
- Load balancing experience with F5, Cisco ACE, AWS ELB
- OSPF Routing/troubleshooting
- DNS Administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking concepts and technologies- 3+ years experience
