Reports To: Associate Regional Manager North

Group/Division: Biosciences Division

Position Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for sales revenue, growth rate%, new business and product mix

 Develop relationships across the target account organization

 Increase awareness about the scientific products within the users in the account

 Identifying the key decision makers, organizers and users

 Organize regular meeting of target companies

 Mapping of direct and indirect sales in the account

 Ensuring the supplies to the target account by coordinating with the operations team.

Educational Requirements

Candidate should be minimum science/biology/biotechnology graduate from a reputed institute. Management degree/diploma will be an added advantage

Work Experience

Current experience of at least 3 years in Life Science Industry.

Should have strong understanding of local Research Institutes /Biotech Markets.

Responsible for delivering revenue targets for business area of responsibility and should have handled large/key accounts successfully.

Must be well organized, have multi-tasking ability and excellent communication skills.

Should be able to manage multiple priorities and have excellent problem-solving skills pertaining to the assigned Market.

Ability to relate to the Scientific Community with regard to the requirement of Company products

The Candidate will perform the following functions within a Cloud Enterprise networking Data Center environment. Candidate will ensure technical solutions deliver business value in line with company objectives.

Presents proven record of technical expertise and ability to work in a team environment, to include client interactions when required.

Support European region buildouts and network architecture

Position Requirements    Maintain Data Center network environment for hosted applications

- Administer Cisco equipment

- Administer Cisco IPsec VPNs

- Install and configure software systems that support the network infrastructure such as, network monitoring systems, log monitors, DNS servers, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.

- Assist system administrators in attaching new systems to the network and ensuring that proper network configurations are implemented.

- Monitor and troubleshoot network errors and performance problems

- Document procedures and changes

- Participate in an on call rotation support system

- Configure and Implement Cloud hosted application networks.

- Occasionally install and maintain systems during evening and weekend hours

Performs other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree or 3-7 years of working experience

- IPsec VPNs Experience with Cisco technology

- Firewall administration experience with CheckPoint and ASA

- AWS routing tables, ACL’s, VPC design, EC2 & S3 deployments

- Knowledge of building AWS networks for multi-tenant arechitectures

- SSL VPN experience with Juniper SA devices

- Load balancing experience with F5, Cisco ACE, AWS ELB

- OSPF Routing/troubleshooting

- DNS Administration

- Demonstrated knowledge of networking concepts and technologies- 3+ years experience

Job Description

The MIS, Assistant Manager is responsible for a combination of data analysis, project management, and operational process management to support the valuation and/or collection efforts of the business. The MIS, Assistant Manager personally develops or manages others to develop technical solutions to business problems, and is comfortable working in a data-intensive environment. The MIS, Assistant Manager plays a lead role in partnering with IT to develop system solutions to support operations. The role requires both business insight and technical know-how in a variety of data extraction tools, including SAS, IMB iSeries, Access and Excel. The Manager, Data Analysis typically manages a team of 1-3 Data Analysts, and is responsible for their coaching, development, and productivity.

·         Document and maintain telephony standards documents (COE).

Qualifications

Engineering degree in computer science, engineering or telecommunications and/or 5+ years of equivalent network and telephony experience.

·         5+ years of information technology experience including at least 2 years or more of direct customer support.

·         5+ years of direct hands on experience administrating and installing Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Voicemail, IM&P.

·         5+ years of Cisco IOS experience, specifically regarding QoS and voice gateway configurations (MGCP, SIP, H.323).

·         Relevant certifications desired (CCVP, CCNP , CCIE- Preferred).

·         Avaya administrative experience a plus but not a requirement.

·         Knowledge on vmware, Jabber, telepresence and other Cisco unified communication technologies products and Microsoft Lync.

·         Knowledge and understanding of ITIL process.

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

·         Demonstrated understanding of TDM and IP Telephony concepts, networking/distributed computing environment concepts; knowledge of and experience with principles of routing/switching, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide telephony system layouts.

·         Demonstrated oral and written interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentation, and organizational skills; the ability to meet deadlines/work independently.

·         Must be adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting assigned deadlines
