The Web Content Developer will work closely with the Corporate Communications and the Graphics departments on the ongoing development and technical support for internal and external websites.Add/update content on the companywebsite and intranet. Edit photos, create graphics, and develop Flash/video content for use on sites. Develop new web features that improve the functionality of the sites and enhance the user experience. Publish on-line and email newsletters. Develop and implement a training plan that will allow content editors across multiple business units to submit and manage their own on-line content. Ensure that the content and web assets are accurate and up to date, and produce site traffic analysis and periodic management reports. Support the development of an electronic catalog system for managing photos, graphics, and other web content assets.Participate in site design projects and help promote user traffic and interaction.
