Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities::
Tosourcing Savings Accounts, Privilege Accounts through a team of sales officers
Tocontrol rejection ( Less than 2 %) of Account Opening Forms sourced by the teamby promoting adherence to process norms
Onboarding calls for FDs and SIP on newly opened Saving Accounts
To maximize float on NCA and ERV saving account customers
To improve the efficiency and productivity of the team of sales officers through continuous training
To stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines in order to educate the team members
To follow policy guidelines strictly while sourcing Saving Accounts, FDs.

Ability to manage a team of sales officers through constant motivation and guidance
Abilityto have a firm grasp on the market to source accounts effictively andefficiently
Ability to devise innovative sourcingstartegies to meet the business targets

Wind Turbine Design Engineers

Job Summary:

As Wind Turbine Design Engineer you will be responsible for the complete design and development of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), from low voltage electrical system, generator to controlling & monitoring systems. This involves design, modeling, simulation, instrumentation and documentation. The ideal candidate will have designed and analyzed wide range of wind turbine components.

General Skills: 
Significant experience as an Electrical Engineer in a Turbine Design environment. 
Must be conversant with design methodologies for wind turbine LV/MV power systems and generators.
Hands-on design and optimization experience of MW scale wind turbines.
Understand GL/IEC/DNV wind turbine design guidelines. 
Design experience with software tools: MATLAB, PSS/e etc. 
Knowledge in Power system dynamics, control and transient simulation; structural analysis and optimization of transverse flux permanent magnet machines using FEA etc. 
Knowledge in detailed calculations/prepare design documentation to compute and establish manufacturing, installation standards or specifications of Wind Turbines.
Diagnose problems involving wind turbine generators or control systems. 
Assist in making design trade-off and options for next generation innovative WTGs.
Innovative and excellent problem solving with good communication and organizational skills.
