The main purpose of this role is to support the CRM administration, however the successful candidate will also get the opportunity to utilise their skills for other marketing campaigns through a variety of mediums. Within this role your main responsibilities will include developing CRM to help with the delivery of direct marketing campaigns, manage the correct configuration, account allocation and user set-up / removal and specifying changes to the database and reporting functionality. You will also be expected to produce lead generation, sales pipeline and campaign reports, ensure timely and accurate data upload and download with external data providers and shape and define data requirements to support lead generation and customer retention throughout the business.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in marketing or a business related subject or will have gained some hands on experience of working within a similar role. You will have a high level of IT literacy and good database skills along with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. An excellent communicator, you will be confident when dealing with people at all levels and you will have a good eye for detail and an understanding of CRM. With a confident manner you will demonstrate good presentation skills and you should be a good user of PowerPoint. It is essential that you can work well under pressure and that you can maintain a high degree of accuracy even when working to tight timescales.
