Our Senior General Claims Adjustor will be responsible for:
* Investigating large loss and complex general liability injury claims related to an insured’s business to determine what is covered under their policy and who is liable for the loss or injury
* Directing and managing defense counsel
* Establishing and adhering to a litigation plan of action
* Determining the value of the injury and negotiating the settlement of the claims
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
* Three-year college degree
* 5+ years handling commercial general liability claims with strong coverage skills
* Have excellent customer service, communication, sound judgment, analytical, negotiation, time management and decision-making skills
* Computer proficiency
