As a Systems Analyst, you will be required to:
Manage the scope, requirements gathering, build and deployment of IT changes in contact centers
Produce clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation to be used by technical specialists to build appropriate solutions
Ensure that key development milestones are met within scheduled timeframes
Identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to systems, processes and workflows in line with business requirements
Be the interface between IT, our business leaders and representatives
Represent Salmat in discussions with key stakeholders and our clients
Support new business activities
Do you have what it takes?
Contact Centre operational experience essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of contact centre technologies including Genesys
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse existing business systems, processes, workflows and the environment in which they operate
Ability to establish and maintain effective working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
This role is a permanent position located in Sydney reporting to the Systems Analyst Manager.
