You will be required to assist with such duties as check in and check out of guests, cashiering and providing quality service to guests.
Your role will be to greet guests and make a positive impression.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
The ability to create a great first impression
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
Good knowledge of the Cairns and surrounding areas
Good basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience with computerised booking systems
Excellent personal presentation
The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
