Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Training and assessing participants at client sites or in our training centre as required;
• Training and delivering PETP and Traineeship up to Certificate IV in Retail
• Assisting in the flow of information and communication between all stakeholders to ensure all project outcomes are completed to the highest standard.
Candidate profile:
• Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, with a flexible and adaptable attitude in a diverse work environment;
• Dynamic trainer with the ability to engage all learner types and levels;
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent presentation;
• Great time management skills;
• The ability to work independently and make decisions where required.
