5+ years commercial IT Support experience
1+ year minimum leadership experience
Prior hands-on experience and competency providing helpdesk, desktop and systems support
Skills with MS Exchange Server, MS Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, Windows XP Pro, MS Office
Experience training staff
A strong written competency to ensure adequate ability in preparing and creating regular status reports
Clear communication skills
A desire to help the community
Personal qualities such as patience, understanding and empathy
