The Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller will direct and manage the activities of one or more

specialized functional areas of accounting in accordance with GAAP practices and procedures. The

position will also be responsible for formulating and administering approved accounting practices

throughout the organization to ensure that financial and operating reports accurately reflect the

condition of the business.

                      

CPA (preferred)

Big 4 (preferred)

Large Company Accounting Experience- Managed the Month End Close Process

Software Industry Experience a Plus

Strong Month End Close

Shared Services Experience

Management Abilities- Direct and Remote

Meet Deadlines- Fast Paced Work Environment

Understanding of Software Capitalization a plus

Strong Organizational Skills
