Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Extrusion Equipment, Polymer Handling
If you are a Maintenance Supervisor with working knowledge in extrusion equipment and expertise with electrical systems, read on!
What you need for this position:
Some academic exposure to engineering, Associates degree preferred.
Extrusion equipment expertise.
Polymer handling and drying systems expertise.
Extensive knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems including AC and DC motors and drives.
Extensive knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical controls and instrumentation.
Mechanical systems expertise.
Basic plant operational systems knowledge.
Supervision and scheduling of a group of less than ten Maintenance technicians including conducting annual performance and developmental reviews.
Lead resolution of issues related to mechanical systems as well as Drives and Controls
Develop a customer service environment amongst Maintenance toward internal customers.
Promote Craftsmanship with all maintenance work performed.
Responsible for maintaining records for all repairs and preventative maintenance performed.
Oversee calibration of all critical equipment in accordance with quality system.
Planning & Conducting preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment, as well as building and site needs
Championing Lean Manufacturing changes within the Maintenance Department.
Participate as a permanent member of the Safety Steering Team
