Knowledge of blackberry mail configuration and troubleshooting

At-least one year experience in international BPO in technical process (Specially in Laptop support
added advantage)
Understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security concepts
Comfortable in working in rotational shifts
Good in analyzing root cause and providing the resolution
