Collect, review and record employee time and payroll data from a variety of systems and sources for ADP and other payroll functions.Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll check and other documents.calculate and prepare manual payroll paychecks and irregular payments.Record employee information, such as hirings, exemptions, transfers, and resignations to maintain and update payroll records.Review time sheets, wage computation and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.Assist in governmental compliance and reporting as assigned.Prepare routine reports, compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefit accounts for various affiliates and departments.Serve as the first point-of-contact to address questions and issues from employees, supervisors, and other staff involving payroll matters.
Perform all job functions while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.Provide assistance to the Payroll Supervisor and other Management personnel and perform special projects as assigned.Systems experience: ERP systems experience preferred, JD Edwards a plus. AS400, WENO, WGMA, STA, PMA web experience desired. Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
