Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Troubleshoot and assist users with various applications.Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems.Respond promptly and appropriately in a demanding environment.Supporting and replacing desktop, laptop, printer, PDA, and other end-user firm-standard hardware,parts and peripherals as needed.Provide "all-levels" technical support assistance.Developing and updating as necessary detailed documentation on software configurations, deployment processes, packaging procedures and test scripts.
