This is a position that exists to support the search efforts of recruiting staff and help to populate our database with quality sales candidates across the country. Some of the major duties include: 1) searching Internet job boards on behalf of our clients; 2) processing the candidates who respond to Internet ads by electronically downloading their information to our database; 3) updating candidate records; 4) conducting telephone interviews of candidates to gather information for our recruiting staff; 5) managing e-mail project campaigns; 6) posting of recruitment ads on the Internet job boards; 7) making presentations of job opportunities to candidates; 9) properly coding the candidate's files so that they are made available for recruiter searches. TO QUALIFY: You must have a pleasant telephone demeanor. This position is ideal for a person who would enjoy sales support activities as well as interactions with job applicants. We would ideally like to hire someone that has had some experience in the business world (preferably sales, sales support, management training, etc.), and finds that they like the support role a little better. Need someone with good verbal and written communication skills who is savvy with the Internet and would enjoy doing on-line research. Must have engaging telephone personality to make job presentations, conduct interviews, reference checks, etc. We are willing to train an entry level person with the right traits but any business experience will be a plus.
