Job Summary:
The successful candidate will

Reports – arrange, reconcile, and input daily reports from the stations
Corrections – respond in a professional manor to station calls in regards to account/customer till corrections.
Basic Administration – filing, month end statement preparation for mail-out and delivery.
Back-up to Dispatch – calling stations for dips/pump reading, analyze to determine who needs fuel, arrange fuel distribution daily, contact drivers with delivery required and create invoices/PO’s.

To be considered for the above stated role you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
Proven ability to easily navigate Microsoft office (excel and outlook are mostly used)
Enjoy working independently while being able to contribute to a team
Have a motivating, positive and professional demeanour
Exceptional accuracy with data entry
Good planning and organization skills, and  problem solving skills
Minimum of 1 year experience working with numbers
Authoritative personality
Good oral and written communication skills
Outstanding ability to multi-task
