Job Summary:

The Task-Order Lead must possess significant experience providing day-to-day management and supervision of contract support operations potentially involving multiple tasks, large groups of personnel, and multiple locations. Task-Order Lead shall have extensive knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance. The Task-Order Lead is used to supervise Contractor Personnel at the work-site during the period of the task order. The Task-Order Lead will bring performance issues to the attention of the employee when required. The Task-Order Lead will bring any uncorrected or uncorrectable performance issues to the contract Program Manager to ensure compliance with assigned tasks. In addition, the Task-Order Lead will ensure personnel provided under this contract are clearly aware of the communications chain for all issues, including those related to work hours, leave, and or any other personnel issues. A Program Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
