We challenge you to join Philips Lighting as a
Bilingual Order Entry Coordinator within Philips Lighting where you will WOW
our customers using your great communication skills and focus to detail in
providing the best in class customer service! As part of our inside sales team
you will contribute to providing the right data, and approach which will change
the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
You will work directly with our agents and
Philips US team members creating solutions and answer to all their questions
and needs. This position plays the role of order entry sales support in our
organization working with all internal departments to ensure customer
satisfaction for numerous needs.
Responsibilities:
Support all customer order requests, including
replacement parts
Order maintenance
Provide basic product technical support
Support basic quality requests
New order entry
Troubleshoot customer issues/needs
Investigate and process basic debit and credit
issues for customers
Support sales force for product inquiries
Support sales force for order inquiries
Product sample process
Process basic warranty claims on Marketing calls
Your Team
You will be reporting to our Inside Sales
Supervisor and will be part of a team of 6 people.
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: High School or Diploma
College graduate in Business Administration
preferred
Must possess order entry and customer service experience
Must be computer literate and possess above
average computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must possess the ability to multi-task and
prioritize
Must possess excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
SAP experience;
Ability to communicate in both English and in
French
