Design engineering of following: Automatic Temperature Controls for HVAC - Building Management Systems - Open Protocol Systems (BACnet and LonWorks)

Performing all aspects of control system engineering and design, including preparation of construction documents, detail drawings, cable distribution risers, and specifications for control systems for commercial and government buildings

Performing site surveys of existing control systems and meet with building managers and engineers for renovation designs

Review shop drawings and product submittals for control systems

Working under minimal supervision, all work is reviewed for accuracy on completion

May provide some technical guidance to less experienced design and engineering personnel

Maintaining effective communication with project team members and with the customer

Previous design engineering experience with controls companies such as the following is beneficial: Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or other major OEM
