Collaborate and coordinate with end users, data
owners and customers to elicit, analyze, and define system-level requirements
in support of the Intelligence Community's Information Sharing Environment.
Articulate
system requirements in the form of 'user stories' (including acceptance criteria). Prepare and conduct system/software-level design reviews. Assist in development sprint prioritization, planning, and execution. Communicate requirements to developers and testers.

Experience with data Extract, Transform, and
Load (ETL) techniques and tools is required. Familiarity with agile development
methods (e.g., Scrum) and tools (e.g., Rally Software) is preferred.

Assist customer and program teammates in expressing their needs in terms that
can be used to generate valid requirements. Help identify technology solutions

Identify, document and manage inter-dependencies with other systems and
elements of the IT infrastructure. Evaluate industry offering to identify
products and technologies with the potential to support solution integration
and design.

improvement, and installation of integrated systems of people, materials,
equipment, and methods.
