An industry leading manufacturer of integrated electronic security management systems for commercial and government markets is seeking a Technical Support Engineer!

working knowledge with Security Systems, CCTV Systems, Video Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems

Must be able to demonstrate excellent comprehension of large scale security systems

Experience with PC hardware and networking

Must be very strong in configuring, installing and upgrading LAN/WAN networks.

Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP - or other industry certification preferred

Providing tier 2 and 3 level technical support to customers with IP Video and Access Control issues

Traveling to customer sites as necessary to test, troubleshoot and resolve problems

Providing support for unique network environments, as well as technically complex niche products through set up and issue resolution

Installing and upgrading video and access control systems involving hardware, software and networking
