Design, verify, and provide detailed engineering
solutions proposed by Network Integration for solving the
physical
infrastructure and WAN/LAN networking infrastructure business needs for
customers. Develop detailed WAN designs for customer RFP's, RFI's, and
unsolicited bids. This includes Network Analysis, Network Topology drawings,
circuit mapping, and technical design write-up.Provide technical support for
sales teams. Develop detailed bill of materials (BOM), scope of work (SOW) and
written technical responses associated with the development of customer
proposals. Provide telephone technical support to the engineering overlay sales
forces. Financial analysis of projects, safety programs and other
administrative requirements
Specific details of this position are
The primary responsibility of a Call Recording
Specialist is to be the frontline technical subject
matter expert for the Call Recording
application, NICE Systems suite.
To manage and coordinate the technical aspects
of Call Recording projects.
Must be able to quickly get to the root of
customer problems by gathering all
the necessary technical information then
analyzing, troubleshooting, and
ultimately resolving customer application
concerns and designs.
Typical Duties:
To have overall responsibility of the
integration, implementation and testing
of Call Recording systems.
To be responsible for staging new complex
solutions prior to implementation.
To provide technical assistance to project
managers in validating and preparing
for validation.
To verify site prerequisites.
Supporting the GCSC team on trouble tickets by
identifying or confirming
customer's issues (setting up schedules, loading
software) or technical issues
(hardware, software, functionality, bugs) .
Prioritize criticality of case.
Hardware replacements with HP by providing
detailed step-by-step
instructions to HP technicians performing the
work
Recommend service packs & hot fixes
Manage customer and vendor relationships
Be available for after hours technical support
when needed
Must be flexible and prepared to travel
Education: Degree preferred but not required
Must possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills and in-depth
Technical knowledge of all NICE Systems
products.
Must be organized and timely and able to remain
focused and calm in pressure situations
Establishes and maintains effective customer
relationships
Gains the customers trust and respect
Shares knowledge with others

Qualifications
Requirements:
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving
skills
Thorough experience and understanding of Windows
Operating Systems
Good knowledge of PABX (Avaya), dialers, ICM,
CTI data and SQL
Ability to quickly learn new software tools
Excellent verbal & written communication and
interpersonal skills
Must be dedicated to meeting the expectations
and requirements for internal and external customers
Must be able to work independently and learn
quickly
