Other responsibilities of this role include:
Monitoring student progress and providing
appropriate advice and support to students
Conducting reporting and government PIMS
Identifying risk and escalating findings to
designated management
Collecting and maintaining student files
Identifying, updating and contacting all
referring Employment Service Providers
Regularly updating government databases
In order to be successful in this role, you will
possess the following:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability
to think on your feet
Experience within a call centre/customer service
environment
Exposure to PIMS reporting
Proven experience in dealing with students and
government organizations
Motivation, drive and desire to succeed!
