Responsible for the preparation and analysis of job cost reports for Shaffer Sports and Events. Gathers all

pertinent financial data for job cost reports from Project Managers.Examines and reviews unusual job cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly. Ability to perform analyses between actual costs and budgeted/planned costs.Manage time, information and resources effectively in order to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

3+ years of project level cost accounting

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management systems

Experience with SAP (B1) is highly preferred

Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Prior experience in event industry is a plus
