Maintains call centre database by entering information.

Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Has to maintain all the customer related records and regular updation of the same to be done periodically.

Has to send all the official communications that has to be sent to the customers at the right time

Maintain good & healthy relationship with the existing and New Customers.
