Candidates must have knowledge of AD, DC, Exchange server 2007, ISA server, WDS etc.

Installation and configuration of Windows server 2003, 2008/R2, Windows server 2012.

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Printer server and File server.

Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP3, MSSQL, VMware, IIS.

Maintaining and creating user accounts and groups by assigning Read, Write, Modify, Full access Permissions.

Managing and monitoring all the wireless devices/routers/switches.

Performing daily activities like Event logs, Event Comb, Daily Checklist, Filling, Backup report & Daily report.

Need to know the cabling of various types of cables.

Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure.

Monitor system performance.

Fair knowledge of SQL database and create a backup and recovery policy (SQL BACKUP).

Monitor network communication via having daily in touch with vendors.

Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.

Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network.

Setup security policies for users. A sysadmin must have a strong grasp of computer security.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must be graduate or above viz BE (IT/CS) or BCA, BSc (IT/CS) etc.

Candidates must have Six months of experience in System administration.

Candidates have completed a course in Microsoft, CCNA etc. are preferred.

Candidates have completed a course in Hardware and Networking are preferred.

Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
