Designation: Sr. Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Reports to: MD

>>> (Sr Engineers with better experience can be considered for Asst. manager)

Key Responsibilities

Managing projects end to end

Training technicians

Manage daily schedule of Junior Engineers by ensuring completion of tasks on time.

Follow proper systems

Maintain proper documentation

Upgrade self and team’s domain knowledge constantly

Coordinate project activity with office, customers, contractors and consultants

Appoint contractors and certify their work

Prepare Quotations and BOQ’s

Key Skills

Project Management skills

Customer Management skills

Sound knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Alarm systems.

Has good knowledge of Networking/tcp-ip

Education & Qualifications

B.E electronics or B.Tech or Information Technology

Experience

Min 5 years of experience of which at least 3 years as Sr. Engineer.
