Around 4-5 years of extensive programming experience on Microsoft technologies like ASP .Net, C# on .Net 3.5 and above framework.

Good MSSQL 2008 database knowledge and windows AD is must.

Hands-on experience in MVC 2.0 (MVC 3.0 is preferred)

4.Strong in OOPS Concepts

5.Should have working knowledge of Web-Services/WCF Services and SOA architecture.

6.Hands on experience in Linq-To-SQL, DHTML and JavaScript (knowledge on Query will be added advantage).

7.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Profile Description:

Analyze, design, develop, integrate and implement applications in an n-tier environment using Microsoft Technologies

Understand 3rd party integration, and build interfaces/connectors for the same with our current application.

Develop, customize and debug solutions as per customer needs.

Expert in Microsoft Developer Studio 2008/2010.

Maintaining enterprise design and coding standard. She/he should be from professional software development organization (preferably from product development company) using disciplined software development methodologies (SDLC).

Demonstrated ability to work independently and to meet tight timelines.

Actively participate in the project planning and provide relevant input in terms of their assigned tasks.

Demonstrated ability of being a key team player.

Desired Skills:

Graduate from reputed institutes (preferably B.E/B.Tech)

Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Good analytical and problem resolving skills

Should have multitasking skills

Should be independent to handle any tasks and self-learner
