Maintenance supervisors are responsible for directing the workforce in daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment is operational and safe to meet production objectives Scheduling and planning maintenance to ensure continuous operations and eliminate downtime Implementing maintenance processes and procedures Performing scheduled repairs and planning for outages Tracking maintenance delays Conducting area inspections Conforming to environmental and quality standards Practicing continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Two year technical degree preferred. Qualified candidates will offer previous experience in maintaining mill / heavy industry equipment and knowledge of rolling mill processes; mechanical maintenance knowledge including hydraulics, welding - mig, tig, field fabrications, and rigging; and experience with predictive and preventive maintenance practices. Must have previous experience supervising maintenance techicians / craft personnel in a union environment. Must be able to work afternoon shifts and weekends as required.

Provides network and data security support for the Company to ensure hardware and software operations run efficiently. Installs and enhances current and new revisions of the operating system.
