The Sourcing executive is primarily responsible for leading sourcing of commodities (materials and services) leveraging corporate and regional spend by assembling and leading a cross functional commodity team, developing RFPs, reviewing and analyzing proposals and bids, and negotiating and securing executive approval of procurement strategies to maximize financial benefit to the company. Also responsible for negotiating effective, implementable contracts with appropriate terms and conditions, meeting all legal requirements. Other duties include promoting compliance with all corporate procurement policies and procedures and the use of best practices for all aspects of procurement. JOB REQUIREMENTS BA/BSC in the areas of Engineering, Supply Management or Business, knowledge in sourcing or supply chain management or equivalent in related areas including purchasing, service contracting, negotiations, and contract development. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and demonstrated negotiation skills for multi crore deals.
