Software Quality Assurance Analyst


Job Summary:

Test software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with project team members in application testing, to include system, unit, regression, load, and user acceptance testing.
Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
Assist in the development of change control processes, best practices, and guidelines for new and existing technologies.
Automate existing manual test cases and promote the use of re-usable objects for functional and regression testing. Promote the use and acceptance of test automation tools.

Identify and implement processes that minimize production defects and decrease the time required to test applications and backend processes.
Lead efforts to identify defects and direct defect management and tracking to ensure proper follow-through and resolution of issues.
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.


Extensive experience with core software applications, including Microsoft web, client/server applications and file import processing.
Experience with HP testing tools (Quality Center, Quick Test Pro and LoadRunner). Certification preferred.
High level experience writing SQL queries in the support of backend testing.
Experience testing ETL processes.
Solid proficiency in test effort estimation and tracking.
Must have hands-on experience and be well versed with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience in defect tracking and management using defect tracking tools.
Experience involving the development and maintenance of test automation constructs to support QA initiatives.
Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
Strong data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with statistical reporting and analysis.
In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server.
Experience working with data in a Healthcare environment.

Account Manager


Job Summary:

This position can be centrally located in the state. The Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for maintaining and establishing growth of the current customer base and new business opportunities through the placement of instruments and reagents leading to increased revenues for the company. The AM is directly responsible for achieving the territory sales goals.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITES
To achieve at least 100 of the territory sales goals.
To drive new business revenue through selling new instruments and reagents.
To maintain, and grow, existing customer's business.
To responsibly manage the total territory sales base with integrity and honesty.
To submit weekly expense reports and other reports as assigned.
To participate in company and team meetings.
To update the Sales Force Automation (SFA) resource tool daily.
To effectively build a sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, qualifying and covering accounts.
To accurately forecast and close new business within the 30-60-90 day time period.
To strategize and work with the Corporate Account Manager(s), Business Development Manager(s), Client Consultant(s) and the AM Team Leader(s) to sustain and meet revenue targets and growth objectives within the territory.
To be receptive to coaching and mentoring feedback in order to maintain flexibility and adaptability for learning and growth, while meeting customers needs.

Job Summary:

Cash Management/Treasury Solutions Product Mgt Leader

The Product Management Leader II provides leadership, supervision, direction and guidance to a team of Product Managers within the Transactional Banking group. Under the general direction of the Director of Product Management, the incumbent has overall responsibility for a family of cash management products. Specific accountabilities include planning and strategic direction, product profit margin management, product development and implementation, quality assurance, contract management, ongoing product support, market visibility, conversion planning and execution.

Manage day -to-day activities of team of Product Managers. Set performance standards, execute tactical initiatives and delegate and assign individual projects. Monitor performance, give on-going feedback and conduct performance appraisals

Hire, train, develop and motivate team members. Mentor and develop the skill sets of team members reporting to them.

Evaluate and approve product strategies and tactical plans for the assigned product family, monitor execution timelines, ensure consistency with the Corporate Banking Services group Strategic Plan, develop with Product Managers appropriate funding documents for
new products and major enhancements.

Monitor revenue and expense for family of products, establish product profit margins and direct product pricing strategies.

Ensure that Product Managers establish accurate revenue capture processes and understand and appropriately influence the drivers of revenue and expense to meet profitability targets.

Direct Product Managers in the research and definition of the product and technological requirements of clients and in the development and testing of new products and enhancements to existing services.

Support Product Managers in Project Management tasks, and ensure timelines are met and oversee all product launch activities for the family of products, including the development of marketing collateral, service agreements, product training, lient implementation, and internal/external communications.

Establish and manage with Product Managers Quality Assurance Program for the Cash Management product family to ensure performance to profitability goals and client satisfaction, and oversee establishment of quality indicators with Manufacturing partners or product delivery vendors.

Promote a positive image and perception of leadership/expertise for Sovereign through efforts such as speaking engagements at major industry conferences, published articles, and client interfaces.

Direct Product Managers in ongoing product support for all business partners, product training, product packaging, promotion, and development of marketing collateral. As required, participates in bank-wide conversion projects (eg. bank acquisition and/or system conversion)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Equivalent

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.

Ability to serve as a role model to others on developing a trusted communication style. Demonstrated ability to build strong trusted relationships and foster collaboration and teamwork. Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management.

Ability to understand complex systems and technology processes and demostrated product management skills.

Frequent travel required

In depth knowledge of specific Cash Management products. Extensive knowledge of Corporate Banking customer needs and competitive offerings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project - and familiarity with banking internal systems

Strong interpersonal skills.
