Call Center Retail Banking Specialist




Responsibilities:
·         Perform a full range of customer service oriented telephone/mail support activities.
·         Open and process documentation for new accounts.
·         Process deposits, withdrawals and or closeouts.
·         Perform various operational back office duties.
·         Perform wire transfers and issue checks to customers.
·         Assist customers in account maintenance. (Renewals, address changes, stop payment orders.)
·         Assist customers and/or prospective customers with inquiries via the telephone.
·         Perform account research as requested by customers.
·         Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
·         1-3 years banking experience and 2-4 years customer service experience.
·         High School diploma required and prior experience as a new account representative and/or teller.
