Brief statement of the job - Executive Search Consultant
Responsibilities include –
- Understand the client Job Description
- Identify sales and P&L Leadership talent in the market using job boards, networking tools, cold calling etc.
- Interviewing candidates to identify their preferences.
- Match candidates to job openings with the clients
- Hand hold the candidates and clients through the selection process.
- Facilitate logistics to ensure the candidate and the client meet to discuss.
- Interact with the client POC for logistical support where necessary
- Where necessary, help client with creating Job Descriptions
- Where necessary, help candidates with resume formatting
3-7 years experience in Contingent or retained Executive Search space. Experience in IT/BPO will be of interest.
· Proven experience of closing sales and P&L positions
Good knowledge of Outsourcing/offshoring
· Vertical familiarity (understands key trends and pain points in industry, is able to link them to IT needs)
· Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills coupled with strong market/customer driven orientation
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural organization and build strong relationships
