I.T. End- User Trainer

Seek an energetic, dynamic and outcome focussed Trainer.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, The main focus of this role will be to develop end-user training for a variety of programs.

Duties:

conduct I.T. training needs analysis across the organisation
design and develop face-to-face and on-line 'Introduction to your P.C' Workshops and support tools
deliver the above workshops across all functions and locations
develop and deliver Microsoft Office 2007 basic, intermediate and advanced levels across the organisation, with a focus on Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
develop support tools and quick reference guides for all Microsoft Office 2007 programs from basic to advanced
develop future recommendations for ongoing I.T. end-user training
commence development of an on-line I.T. end-user training for new starter inductions.

Qualifications & skills:

Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAA) or equivalent preferred
strong research skills
previous instructional design experience
possess an interest in I.T.
ability to interpret and impart technical knowledge to non-technical end-users
dedicated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
strong time management, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
logical written and verbal skills
experience with on-line program development will be highly regarded

This role will require extensive travel throughout india.
