You have good knowledge in operating system Windows XP / Vista and Office suite.
You have strong communication skills to easily explain technical issues to users you are dealing with.
You are an effective team player and able to demonstrate initiative.
You are dynamic, rigorous and demonstrate autonomy and flexibility in your work.
You are focused on user’s needs and able to work under pressure.
You have are fluent in both written as well as spoken English
