To be considered for this position, the following is required (unless otherwise specified):
Minimum of 10 years experience in plant / manufacturing management that must come from a FOOD PROCESSOR
Multi-function management experience, to include process, maintenance & distribution
Strong mechanical experience, including familiarity with factory automation (PLC & PCs)
Experience with ammonia freezers and government safety regulations
Flexibility with the proven ability to manage an ever-changing manufacturing process
Ability to see & accept the value of working for a small, but growing business
